What is the role of the steel sheet on the N310ECP bearing,
N310ECP is a cylindrical roller bearing with ribs on both sides of the outer ring and (fixed) single ribs on the inner ring side. The other side is a detachable flat retaining ring. Can withstand a certain amount of bidirectional axial load.
Application,
1. The inner ring of the NN30K / W33 and NNU49K / W33 series is a tapered hole (taper 1:12), which is matched with the tapered journal of the main shaft. Moving the inner ring axially can expand the inner ring to reduce bearing clearance. Even preload the bearings.
2. Cylindrical bore bearings are usually hot-fitted, using interference fits to reduce bearing clearance, or to achieve pre-tensioning.
3. For the NNU49 series bearings with separable inner ring, the raceway is usually finished after the inner ring is fitted with the main shaft to obtain high spindle rotation accuracy.
